Supporting local artists is one of those things you should do, as a responsible Philadelphian and someone with good taste.
Supporting local art and drinking local beer—at the same time—is one of those things you simply want to do. And the South Philly Tap Room and Mew Gallery are teaming up to bring you an event where you can do just that.
Trek to the SPTR (1509 Mifflin St.) Tuesday, March 3 at 6 p.m. for its third annual art auction and raffle to benefit the Mew Gallery. There will be beer specials (including $2 Kenzinger!), a silent art auction, a DJ and dancing.
All the proceeds from the auction and suggested $5 entry fee will be donated to Mew.
