Center City Stores are looking to cash in on Holiday shopping this year. That’s why Center City District is enticing shoppers with special incentives for coming out to shop in some of Philly’s most unique stores and boutiques.
Every Saturday -- starting on Nov. 26 through Dec. 17 -- you’ll see a special shopping team in a center city neighborhood from noon until 2 p.m. handing out reusable shopping bags, hot chocolate and offering shoppers a chance to win a $500 Center City shopping spree.
You can also take advantage of special offers from many of the city’s retailers.
But that’s not all, grab free – or discounted – parking every Saturday through Dec. 31 starting at 11 a.m. when all metered, on-street parking is free. From 11 a.m. until 5 p.m., the PPA is offering parking for $8 or less at select Parking Authority lots and garages.

• December 10: The Gallery at Market East, 9th and Market Streets
