West Goshen was voted the 11th best place to live -- and it's just the kind of place where you can kick off your shoes and relax at the park

Looking to move into a "better neighborhood?" Maybe you should check out the small town of West Goshen (population 8,800) in Chester County, Pa. -- after all, it was just voted the 11th best place to live in America by cnnmoney.com.

Less than an hour from Philadelphia, West Goshen boasts that quiet suburban feel with four beautiful parks in the area, an ampitheater and tons of seasonal activities but can still run with the big boys when it comes to shopping and businesses.

But just how were the winner's ranked? Well, on factors like the quality of life, affordability of homes, availability of jobs, low crime rate and school districts.

Topping the list of 100 towns was Louisville, CO, with Chanhassen, MN following at a close second and Papillion, NE rounding out the top three.
