Kevin Sbraga of Willingboro, N.J. is the latest "Top Chef" winner.

Executive chef Kevin Sbraga was named ‘Top Chef’ on Bravo’s “Top Chef: D.C.”

The 31-year-old Willingboro, N.J. resident is the executive chef at Rat’s Restaurant at the Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton, according to NJ.com, but will end his one-year tenure in late September.

Sbraga beat out Angelo Sosa and Ed Cotton in the Singapore finale of the hit show on Wednesday to win $125K – money that he says he will use to open his very own eatery.

“I am going to use the money to open my own restaurant. It would be irresponsible of me to blow the money on ‘things’ and not invest it into my future. This is one of the reasons why I went on the show,” Sbraga told Bravotv.com.

(We’re hoping that it’s here in Philadelphia).

No stranger to the Philly dining scene, the Johnson and Wales grad has worked with some of the city’s most famous restaurateurs including George Pierrer and ‘Iron Chef’ Jose Garces.
