Barbecue lovers mark your calendars!
Starting Feb. 7, every Monday will officially be known as All-You-Can-Eat Baby Back Ribs night at Percy Street Barbecue, on South Street.
“We are making Monday night, rib night because when it comes to ribs, I can never get enough – and I figured maybe some of our guests felt the same way,” says Pit mistress and chef, Erin O’Shea.
For only $23 per person, guests can endlessly “pig out” on slow-smoked, Texas style baby back ribs.
If that isn’t enough to fill stomachs, the main course will be served alongside other southern delights from homemade biscuits, to pinto beans and collard greens.
For rib fanatics in our area, Feb. 7 can’t come soon enough.
“Now, true ‘cue-lovers can get down on baby backs until they burst without breaking the bank,” says O’Shea.
