Ho! Ho! Ho! Santa’s Cheesy for Pat’s

You’d think they only ate milk and cookies but it was cheesesteaks that several Santas gobbled down in South Philadelphia Friday night.

Dozens of the white-bearded ones stop by Pat’s Steaks to pick up Philly’s trademark sandwich. 

Nearly 700 hundred Santas and their helpers are in town this weekend for the Santa Symposium. 

The Amalgamated Order of Real Bearded Santas will conduct and hosts training classes on topics such as how to protect themselves from the Swine Flu to handling Christmas during a recession.

The group took the time to weigh in the City of Philadelphia’s bitter rivalry, voting Pat’s as the best cheesesteak over Geno’s.
