Plenty of people celebrate Valentine’s Day weekend by getting hot... but, uh, not in the way Victory Brewing Company plans to.
In honor of the Downingtown brewery and restaurant’s 13th anniversary—and, of course, the hottest holiday of the year—Victory is holding a chili tasting and competition.
The chili challenge will showcase the cooking skills of Victory’s staff, and it’s completely free to all who attend.
The chilis will be judged by a panel of culinary experts, but everyone who comes to the tasting will participate in voting for the “People’s Pepper,” the chili selected as audience favorite.
It all goes down Sunday, Feb. 15, from noon ‘til 4 p.m. at Victory Brewing Company, 420 Acorn Lane, Downingtown.
