Is there a better way to celebrate those completed tax forms than with tax-free beer and dinner?

Chifa, the Peruvian Cantonese fusion restaurant, run by Philly’s own "Iron Chef" Jose Garces is celebrating National Tax Day on April 15 with a special menu that pairs his unique dishes with Delaware’s Dogfish Head Brewery selections.

“Our food at Chifa is particularly well-suited to pairing with full-flavored craft beers, and we’re longtime fans of Dogfish Head’s delicious brews,” Chef Garces said.

The evening’s menu pairs things like lemongrass short ribs with Red and White, a Belgian-style beer and hops-smoked poussin with the Midas Touch wine-mead hybrid blend. They’ve even found a way to pair dessert and beer. Does it get any better than chocolate ganache paired with Theobroma chocolate brewed beer?

Reservations are required and space is limited for the $65 prix-fixe menu, so make yours today.
