Bar Ferdinand in Liberties Walk is making an offer you can't refuse. Every Thursday, they're serving up different interpretations of Spanish tapas for just $35. And each meal includes four-courses with multiple plates, adding up to 13 different plates of food.
“Thursday Tastings are a fun opportunity for us to introduce our guests to the more adventurous aspects of tapas,” said owner Owen Kamihira in a statement. “These small plates are the perfect vehicle to feature a variety of unusual flavors without being overwhelming, all served to be shared.”
Each week the different meals reflect ingredients that are in season and the restaurant tries to get their vegetables from local gardens.
“Sourcing produce from area growers is a way to directly support our agricultural community, and it allows us to offer our guests the freshest possible flavors,” says Kamihira.
For an extra $25 four bottles of wine can be included to complement the four different courses (13 plates!).
Reservations are suggested, but not required.
