This Saturday marks Philadelphia's first Restaurant Weekend at the Piazza at Schimdt's, but more important than that, it marks Philly's first annual burger eating contest -- Burgerdelphia.
And if you think you've got a stomach large enough to handle as many PYT burgers as you can eat in five minutes, then you should sign up to participate.
Entry is free, but you've got to explain (in 50 words or less) why you should be one of the lucky contestants. If you're chosen, you'll be notified before Friday, April 30.
The person who eats the most cow will win $250, a $100 PYT gift card (even though we're pretty sure that even looking at another burger will make you sick) and, best of all, a Burgerdelphia Championship Trophy!
Burgerdelphia begins at noon on the main stage at the Piazza.
