Philly Beer Weekend is here and you don't have to worry about driving -- just climb aboard the Craft Beer Express.
The Craft Beer Express is a $10 bus service that will run between 12 of Philly’s local bars from South Philly to Northern Liberties to Southwest Center City allowing beer lovers to drink a variety of the city's best craft beer all day long.
Bar hopping can begin at the bar of your choice and busses run every 25 minutes. The featured bars include Kraftwork, Johnny Brenda’s, Standard Tap, The Institute, Bishop’s Collar, Kite & Key, Jose Pistolas, Sidecar, P.O.P.E., Devils Den, Brauhaus Schmitz and the Race St Café.
Tickets are limited and all sales are final so choose your starting bar carefully. They can be purchased online or at any of the participating watering holes.
The Craft Beer Express website also has the complete 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. schedule of the day’s events.
If you miss out this time, the Express rolls back into town the second Saturday of November.
