On Friday, Feb. 5, the Food Network will be at the Loews Hotel on Market St. scouting two-person teams of aspiring restaurateurs.

So, if you’ve ever dreamt about owning your own restaurant, this casting call is where you need to be.

Besides looking for who’s got skills in the kitchen, the network will also be looking for someone along side that chef that can help run the front of the house -- as in management material.

The lucky two will get the chance to win big, perhaps a whole restaurant big, according to producers of a new reality show to be featured on the network.

In "24-Hour Restaurant Battle" teams will square off each week to prove they have what it takes to open their own restaurant, according to FoodNetwork.com. The teams will have just 24-hours to conquer a concept, décor, and the food to turn a blank space into the restaurant of their dreams.

The winner will walk away with seed money to help them actualize their dream.

The casting call begins at 10 a.m. Reality star hopefuls bring a completed application form, a picture and, of course, an apron.
