Emeril Lagasse and company will open Emeril's Chop House in Bethlehem, Pa.
Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem will open on May 22 as will the casino's newest addition, world-renowned chef Emeril Lagasse's restaurant, Emeril's Chop House.
The news was confirmed early Monday morning.
“We’re excited to open our first restaurant in the Northeast in a great city like Bethlehem, especially at this historic property that has always been a symbol of the city’s industry and culture,” said Lagasse.
And it's not just Emeril and his people that are excited.
“We are honored that Chef Lagasse has chosen to open his first Northeast restaurant at our new casino and entertainment destination,” Sands Bethlehem President Robert DeSalvio said.
The Chop House will be Lagasse's eleventh restaurant.
