The menu will be bringing back some of customers’ favorites over the past 18 years. Among the menu items are chicken and goat cheese piedini, risotto primavera, and grilled turkey breast paillard.
A selection of wines will be $5 a glass, and Derek’s will also be reintroducing its popular “sale wine list.” Coors Light bottles and Yuengling Lager draft will be $3. You can also bring your own bottle of wine for no corkage fee (one bottle per couple).

SOPHISTICATED SUNDAY - Entire wine list is 1/2 price, plus you can drink mimosas and Bloody Mary's with a brunch item for 21.99 until 3 p.m.
MONDAY MARGARITA MADNESS - $5 margaritas and mojitos; $6 smoked chicken quesadillas
INFUSION CONFUSION TUESDAY - $5 candy cocktails; $6 "duroc" baby back ribs and shoestring fries.
WHITE GRAPE WEDNESDAY - $6 ciroc white grape martinis; $6 crab and shrimp spring rolls.
MARTINI THURSDAY - $5 cosmos, appletinis, pomegranate martinis, blue raspberry martinis and mangotinis; $3 Yuengling lager bottles; $6 traditional pizzas.
