The sisters Mulleavy have consistently topped every editors' best-of-fashion-week lists for several seasons, but what impressed most this round was the wearability of the collection. The uniqueness remained -- with quirkly prints and original layering -- but these are oufits we also can't wait to wear.
Fashionistas in Philly are coming together for 10 days of everything fashion (think stylists, boutiques, design, patterns, fabrics, accessories).
The Philadelphia Collection 2010 begins on Wednesday, September 23 and will feature a wide variety of events including fashion and trunk shows and workshops.
The Collection kicks off with Girl’s Night Out at Joan Shepp where you’ll celebrate the grand opening of Shepp’s new shoe salon.
The week continues with refreshments and a big discount at Ann Taylor, a cocktail reception with Nicole Miller and the unveiling of The Schuylkill Project’s “Art of the Recycling Rain,” Cole Haan Open House and Fall Preview, Phashion Phest and much more.
The Philadelphia Collection ends on October 2.
