What You're Doing Tonight, 6/19

KICKFLIP TO A COLT 45: Roll down to the 941 Theater for a movie screening presented by Nocturnal Skate Shop. Zoo York will screen the film for free twice tonight, one at 7 p.m. and again at 8:30 p.m. The later show is 21+ because those in attendance will receive a free Colt 45.

PLAY-OFF: With the economy the way it is, everyone is looking for a good deal these days. If you’re a theater buff but don’t want to shell out the coin for shows, the 2009 Spark Showcase will cure your woes. For just $20, you can see five companies performing five different plays in one night at the Plays and Player Theater. At the end of the shows, the audience will vote, and the favorite will be the winner. The night starts at 7 p.m. Tickets and more information can be found by calling 215.413.7150.

I LIKE THEM TOO: The Trocadero plays host to the pop-rockers Boys Like Girls. Openers Never Shout Never and The Ready Set will join the Boston natives. The show starts at 7 p.m. and tickets are $19.99 in advance and $23 at the door.
