Schuylkill Banks Kayak Tours will begin their summer schedule June 11, offering kayak tours every weekend, and select Thursdays, all summer long.
The tours, lead by Hidden River Outfitters, begin with some short instruction, followed by an hour of kayaking led by professional guides.
In addition to their regular schedule, specialty tours will be offered throughout the summer, including a tour for advanced kayakers, moonlight tours and “Kayak and Dine” tours. Private tours are also available.
What better way is there than a pleasant ride down the Schuylkill both relax after our heat wave and a get in a light workout?
Tours start at $40 and includes the tour, instruction and equipment.
