Attention amateur photographers, the Morris Arboretum in Chestnut Hill has an opportunity to show your camera skills with their “Ready, Aim, Shoot” contest beginning March 15.
Visitors to the Arboretum are invited to snap plenty of pics of people, plants and places and submit what their best work. If video is more your thing, you can submit yours to categories in art, science, humanities or education and learning.
Photos submitted can be up to 5 MB in size and videos can be no longer then 90 seconds.
If the gorgeous spring weather and changing scenery isn’t motivation enough to participate, then how about this? Winners photos and videos will be on display at the Morris Arboretum Widener Visitor Center and Arboretum plus you can "Aboretum Cash," redeemable only at the facility.
Entries can be made online.
The contest runs through June 30 and a completed entry form must be received.
