Pink Takes Class to a New Level

Imagine walking into class and seeing Pink at the front of the classroom.
Before kicking off her tour at the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia Saturday night, the Bucks County native took some time to teach a few tricks of the music trade to a lecture hall full of excited students.
Joined by local songwriter/producer Billy Mann, Pink taught the songwriting master class at the University for the Arts and High School for the Creative and Performing Arts in Center City.
Pink told NBCPhiladelphia that it was "very surreal" being home. "It took me 30 years to come home and actually be invited, so it's nice," she said.
Uh, we don't know what that's all about, but that's OK. She's still a rock star.
