There’s no need to travel far to relax in the lap of luxury when some of the finest hotels in the world are right here in Philadelphia.
On Wednesday, TripAdvisor.com announced the winners of their 9th Annual Traveler’s Choice Awards and area hotels were among those at the top of this year’s list.
Hotel Palomar on 17th and Sansom Streets was ranked as the Second Trendiest Hotel in the United States and the Best Overall Hotel in Philadelphia.
Also receiving high marks were Sofitel Philadelphia Hotel and Alexander Inn, which rounded out the Philadelphia Top Three.
Over 600 different hotels were acknowledged and ranked. Some of the categories included: Best Bargains, Best All-Inclusive, Best for Romance, Best B&Bs and Inns, Best Luxury, Best Relaxation and Spa, Trendiest, and Best Service.
