Join Philly’s “Giant” Snowball Fight

It looks like some stir-crazy Philadelphians have found a way to get bunch of people together to act like kids.
The Giant Philly Snow Ball Fight.
The thossing begins at 7 p.m. at Washington Square in Center City, according to its Facebook event page.
It would make sense to try to get the City of Brotherly Love together to throw some snowballs. It’s like the event page says, “No one knows how to throw snow like Philadelphians.”
Hold on -- was that a reference to Eagles fans tossing snowballs at Santa Claus generations ago?
Oh well.
Just please be careful if you plan to attend and know that the event is meant as something fun -- so no ice balls!
After the snowballs fly head over to the Field House near 12th and market for drink specials and $5 apps.
