Love Paris but don't have the money to get there? No problem, the Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts is giving the feel of France right here in Philadelphia.

On April 30, The Avenue of the Arts will be transformed from an urban street into a Parisian paradise.

The street fair will feature French street vendors and performers, a grass park with a children's area, music and a huge ferris wheel.

The day will end with a rountine by La Compagnie Transe Express -- a circus-like event -- performing 100-feet in the air!

The street festival begins at 11 a.m. and continues until 8:30 p.m. and is free to the public.
