GHOSTS OF HOLIDAYS PAST: The holiday weekend may be over, but that doesn’t mean that the ghosts of the revolution aren’t still around. The Spirits of ’76 Ghost Tour will take you around more than 20 haunted Philadelphia locations. The tour departs from Cosi restaurant at 7:30 p.m. and tours the chilling streets of Old City.
