Reading Terminal Market sets the stage for a little friendly competition.
On Friday, Dec. 11, three local celebrity chefs will compete -- “Iron Chef” style -- using radicchio as the muse for their dish.
Chefs Nunzio Patruno (Nunzio Ristorante Rustico), Andrea Luca Rossi (Cichetteria 19 -- opening soon) and Luciana Spurio of Le Virtu will battle it out as Christina Pirello of “Christina Cooks” MC’s all the action.
After 30 minutes, the dishes will be tasted and graded on appearance, creativity and flavor -- highest score wins.
The competition kicks off at 11 a.m.
