On Saturday, Nov. 14, head out for a night on the town at the Salt and Light Art Gala Benefit and help raise awareness to stop the domestic sexual slavery of minors -- a.k.a sex trafficking.

According to History Starts Now, the group throwing the gala, sex trafficking is the modern-day form of slavery in our country that involves buying and selling people for sex. The average victim is 12 to 14 years old.

They are providing complimentary wine, dessert and live music for the event, so you can enjoy yourself while still helping to end this abuse that puts 300,000 children at risk, according to their website.

The whole thing is taking place at the SALT Art Gallery on Race Street from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tickets are only $15 if you purchase them online and $20 at the door.
