Dinosaurs, Darwin, and Butterflies for Free

Second of three free Sundays at Del. Museum of Natural History

The Delaware Museum of Natural History's got a great deal Sunday -- free admission!

So what? Dudes (and dudettes), they've got dinosaurs, a nature trail with a big bird house you can peek into, live butterflies and even a replica of a giant squid looming from the ceiling to greet you when you come in.

There are also special exhibits like "Attack of the Bloodsuckers!" and a new exhibit on Charles Darwin and his theory of evolution, as well as a Discovery Room for hands-on science activities.

And did we mention there's no charge from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Sunday? You can spend the $7 for adults and $5 for children 3 to 17 admission on lunch for the whole family.

The free day was originally set for Feb. 7, but rescheduled to Feb. 21 due to all the snow.
