Ranked the No. 1 Haunted House in America by AOL, Terror Behind the Walls at the Eastern State Penitentiary is re-opening this week.

Behind the crumbling walls of the oldest prison in country, brave visitors will find five terrorizing attractions including Intake, Lock Down, The Experiment in 3-D, Night Watch and the Infirmary.

And lucky for you, the Halloween season will kick off at Eastern State on Friday, September 18. Shows that night will run every half-hour from 7 p.m. until 11 p.m.

Tickets to check out the attractions range from $20 to $35 a person and can be purchased online, at the prison’s box office or by phone at 800-745-3000. Group and dinner rates are also available.
