Easter Down the Shore

Spend your holiday weekend in the sand and on the boards.

Easter’s this Sunday and what better way to spend the holiday and the beautiful weather that’s on tap for the weekend than at the beach?

Take part in one of two Easter Egg Hunts (or both, if you feel like it, we’re not going to stop you) on Sat., April 3.

The Elks Annual Hunt will take place on the 17th Ave. beach at noon.

The Greater Wildwood Jaycees Easter Egg Hunt will be held on the beach at Lincoln Ave., also at noon.

But Easter Sunday is the big celebration on Morey’s Piers. An Opening Day Celebration will kick off the season. Get to Mariner’s Landing Pier from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. and hang out with everyone’s favorite bunny plus food, games, jugglers, stilt walkers, face painting, music and more. Kids under 12 will have the chance to win lots of cool prizes like boardwalk passes or a $500 savings bond.

You and the family can also head to Ed’s Funcade Easter Sunday Egg Hunt from 12:30 p.m. until 2 p.m.

Hoppy Easter, hope it’s egg-cellent.
