Chagall and Capucci Are Here for Spring

The Philadelphia Museum of Art will add a little French and Italian flavor to their exhibits in the next few weeks as they welcome “Paris Through the Window: Marc Chagall and His Circle” and “Roberto Capucci: Art into Fashion.”

The Chagall exhibit will open on March 1 and continue through July 10 and the Capucci exhibit will open March 16 and continue through June 5.

Chagall’s exhibit will feature paintings produced between 1910 and 1920.  This exhibit will also feature Chagall’s well-known painting, Half-Past Three (The Poet).

Capucci’s exhibit will feature work from the beginning of his career when he was just a boy who happened to be an expert in Italian fashion to his later work in sculpture-dresses.

Ticket prices vary for members and nonmembers of the museum.
