Local acts Writtenhouse and Panic Years will perform in a free show at Rittenhouse Square Park on Wednesday, August 26 as part of Philadelphia Weekly's Concerts in the Park Series.
It doesn’t get much better than a free music show in a beautiful park on a summer evening.
Rittenhouse Square Park will host another free concert on Wednesday, August 26, courtesy of Philadelphia Weekly’s 19th Annual Concerts in the Park series.
Wednesday’s show will feature Writtenhouse – a three-piece Philly hip hop act whose influences stem from Wu-Tang to ELO -- and Panic Years, a local Indie band who is catching a lot of attention.
The concert is the last of the summer, so come check out what all the fuss is about before you have to wait until next year.
The concert starts at 7 p.m., so grab a blanket and head to Rittenhouse early to get a good spot.
