The former Phillie is hosting his eighth annual Barbecue Challenge on Citizens Bank Way on Saturday, August 8 starting at 4 p.m.
Challengers will compete in two categories: restaurants and caterers and "pit masters" (individuals or teams sponsored by area restaurants).
The Barbecue Challenge ends with a winner-take-all fight to the finish for a trip to this year's World Series.
Visitors will get the chance to taste all of the prepared food like ribs, chicken and pretty much anything else that can be smothered in barbecue sauce and thrown on the grill.
End the day by cheering the Phils to victory as they take on the Florida Marlins at 7:05 p.m.
