Calling all Philadelphians who love to be in front of the camera.
A local marketing company is asking real-life people to pose in their promotional photo shoots for the season.
The Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation is holding an open casting call on Friday to find Philadelphia residents who best represent the City of Brotherly Love.
Wannabes should head to PYT at the Piazza at Schmidts. Some of the people will be interviewed and have their headshot taken. And at worst Philly's proudest will get to enjoy refreshments and snacks.
Those picked as finalists will be photographed for advertisements, articles, brochures and more to represent Philly as a tourism destination.
GPTMC employees will scout the attendees from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. while DJ Statik provides the music.
Keep an eye out even after the event. You may find your next-door neighbor is a model by night.
