Looking for a Shakespearian experience that includes wearing a red carnation and meeting at a secret location for a special performance? Then this is one event you won't want to miss.

The performance group Puppet Uprising and Missoula Oblongata are teaming up to showcase what they call a Five-Company Shakespeare Dessert Theater Production of Shakespeare's Julius Caesar

Each act will be performed by one of five different theatre companies -- Semi-Upright Puppet Company from New York City (Act I),
Green Chair Dance Group from Philly (Act II), Puppetyranny from Philly and New Orleans (Act III), Nommo Theatre from Baltimore (Act IV) and Fence Kitchen from Philly (Act V).

Acts will be followed by delicious desserts provided by Studio 34, New Harmony Vegetarian Restaurant, Brown Betty Dessert Boutique, A Cupcake Wonderland and other bakers from the Philadelphia area.

The show begins on Thursday, Mar. 11 and runs through Monday, March 15. On Thursday, you can pay what you want for tickets, but seats are limited. Tickets for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday's shows are $15 for students and artists and $20 for anyone else.

So if you love Shakespeare and the thrill of a secret, wear a red carnation (it's a must) and meet at the Vine Street stop on the Broad Street Subway at 8 p.m.
