Urban Scuba: Check out the latest and most interesting Philly Live Arts/Fringe event, Urban Scuba. Celebrating movement and illusion, choreographer Brian Sanders presents this unique dance show held in and above the abandoned pool at the Greshman Y. Life’s a Beach: Bust out your bikini and party it up at Cavanaugh’s River Deck tonight as they transform their outside bar/lounge into a beach. Burgers, hot dogs and shrimp will be roasting on the grill for less than $5. Buckets of Landshark and Twisted Tea will be available for $11.75. DJ Tonka will be spinning the best music in town along with some guest surprise deejays. Hop in the pool or just enjoy the food, drinks and music tonight at the River Deck. Beatles by Boggia: Celebrate the 45th anniversary of the day the Beatles rocked Philly. Enjoy rare footage of the group as well pictures, memorabilia and a tribute performance by Jim Boggia. Also, if you have the ticket stub from the 1964 Convention Hall concert, you can enjoy a free drink of your choice. Food and drinks will be served all night beginning at 7 p.m. Tickets begin at $15, get your tickets early as this show is about to sell out.
