6/28: Bands, Beetlejuice and Badass Comedy

Summer Show: What else would you want to do on a Monday night than party with your favorite bands? Movie Monday:Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice”—the Tim Burton classic is playing at the Troc tonight for only $3. The quirky movie starring Alec Baldwin, Geena Davis and Winona Ryder explores the life of the paranormal, a bio-exorcist and unforgettable renditions of “Day-O” and “Jump in the Line.” As always, arrive early and your $3 goes to a free bag of popcorn and beer. Klass Klown: The Latin Prince of Comedy, John Leguizamo, is in town all this week. As always, the uncensored Leguizamo promises non-stop laughter in his new one-man-show, Klass Klown. Although it’s been a while since we’ve last seen a Leguizamo stand-up show, he’s back with a vengeance trying to uplift spirits and pull the public out of depression. Hear all the hilarious stories of Leguizamo's childhood in New York, his acting career and the interesting characters throughout his life. Suzanne Roberts Theatre, 480 S.
