Get there by 4 p.m. to enjoy 35-cent pick and peel shrimp, 50-cent raw or steamed clams, 75-cent raw or fried oysters and 75-cent clams casino.     Dutch Umbrella Celebration: Try a three-course Pan-Asian meal along with a champagne bar tonight at Swanky Bubbles.     Adam Green: Hear a funky mix of pop, rock and indie tonight at Johnny Brenda’s. Adam Green, former member of the Moldy Peaches, will perform solo work from his latest album, Minor Love. Green is joined by rock group The Dead Trees. The Trees who claim they are “a band of heathens” will bring down the house with their catchy pop rock songs. See both acts for only $12 tonight.
