1/22: Singers, Specials and the Shore

Charlotte Gainsbourg: Singer-songwriter Charlotte Gainsbourg is performing live tonight with Fantasy Square Garden at the TLA. A daughter to actors, Gainsbourg has not only made her imprint on the film scene, but her music has also caught the ear of musician, Beck, who produced her latest album. Her sound is a mix of electronic pop with a French flare. Fantasy Square Garden is a local group with a rock, pop and psychedelic sound. Half Way to Jersey Shore: Blow-outs, tanning salons and guidos – we’re talking about the MTV’s latest show, Jersey Shore. Ronnie and Sammi “Sweetheart” will grace Philly with their presence as they play host at McFadden’s Jersey Shore party tonight. Drink specials include $3 Bud Lights and $5 vodka drinks. Be sure to pick up all of the giveaways such as hair gel, Jersey Shore T-shirts, gym memberships and, of course, tanning memberships. The singer-songwriter and occasional beatboxer just released his second album and is ready to let A.C. know what he’s been up to since Idol.
