    Happy Hour: With a new and improved menu, see what Noble is cooking up tonight. Located next door to Helium, the sleek restaurant and lounge offers a fantastic happy hour perfect for any after work shindig. Beginning at 5 p.m., guests will receive specials including a half-priced bar menu, $3 beers and $6 wines and cocktails. Plus, Noble is participating in Center City Restaurant Week with scrumptious three-course lunches for $20 and four-course dinners for $35.
