12-year-old saxophonist Immanuel Wilkins will put a jazz swing on the National Anthem Thursday Night at Lincoln Financial Field.

Immanuel Wilkins isn't even a teenager yet but he get the chance to belt out the National Anthem on his sax Thursday night when the Eagles open the preseason against the New England Patriots.

Although we don’t think the soothing sounds of his saxophone will relax the Philly faithful, who are eager to get a first look at their Birds in action at the Linc this year.

Wilkins, a jazz prodigy of sorts, already is known for breathing life into his sax on stages around the Tri-State area and jazz clubs like The Philadelphia Clef Club of Jazz for quite some time now.

He also made guest appearances with Philly jazz legends and other area bands with hopes of keeping jazz alive.

Kickoff is at 7:30 p.m., so get there early if you want to see Immanuel in action.
