Tipsy at Triumph: Triumph Brewery in Old City knows Mondays are rough, so they are offering not one, but two happy hours tonight. From 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., sip on $3 pints of beer, $4 house wine and $5 house cocktails. Snack on food specials from their $6 bar menu including calamari, pizza and wings. Movie Monday: See Observe and Report tonight at the Troc for only $3. The same $3 gets you a free beer and bag of popcorn if you arrive before 7 p.m. Get the theater feel for half the price as a regular movie.
