    Blocktober Fest: The annual Blocktoberfest begins Saturday afternoon in South Philly. Celebrate with over 10 craft breweries, local and national musicians and plenty of food from trucks and vendors.     Last Comic Standing: We all know a good laugh is the start to an exciting night. See the top five finalists from NBC’s Last Comic Standing at the Keswick Theatre Saturday night.     Philly Food Week: This Saturday marks the last night in Philly Neighborhood Food Week. Bring a date to enjoy a 3-course $20 meal or a 4-course $30 meal in participating neighborhoods.     Arts Festival: Support community arts and environmental groups at the CAFé (a Community Arts Festival) Sunday afternoon in Northern Liberties. The all-day indoor/outdoor event will raise funds to provide art supplies to local youth programs. Mix and mingle with organizations, hear live music and taste over 10 restaurants’ classic dishes.
