Where the Gnome will roam no one knows. But you can decide.

Travelocity asked users to vote online for the next destination of everyone’s favorite gnome -- and it could be Philadelphia.

Thursday, our noble gnome friend was on a flight to the Grand Canyon after a steamy trip to Sin City. What a life!

Why not add the City of Brotherly Love to his itinerary?

On June 26 the Roaming Gnome began a six-week summer adventure. He was spreading the word on social networks like Facebook and Twitter.

Every week fans were asked to vote between summer adventure stops to decide what destination the gnome would take over next.

So far, the Gnome visited Chicago and Las Vegas. And he was heading to the Grand Canyon.

The next destination spot -- it's up to us.

As soon as the results from the contest were announced the Gnome was whisked away to the winning city to visits friends and locals while posing for pictures and participating in popular happenings in the area.

He particularly enjoys visiting city festivals, museums, parks, sporting events and hot dining spots.

Philly can offer him all of this. We boast the best museums and the Phillies, the 2008 World Champs.

As of now, the next possible roaming destinations were listed as Boston, Washington, D.C. and Philly.

Beantown's in the lead with 48 percent of the vote, Philly's a close second with 40 percent and Washington, well, who really cares about Washington?

So, get online and vote for Philly to make sure that our city will be the next roaming destination of the famous Travelocity Gnome.
