Villanova students have plenty to celebrate with the men’s basketball team still alive in the NCAA tournament.
Thursday’s game against Duke has hatched many celebratory opportunities available to students on campus.
Students who could afford a bus trip to Boston received a package deal including travel expenses, hotel and tickets to the game.
Villanova’s media relations coordinator, Anne McGinnis, is making sure that students on campus have somewhere exciting to watch the Duke game.
"The Villanova Sweet 16 Student Game Watch" party is scheduled for 9:00 p.m. at the Connelly Center’s Belle Air Terrace. Students can play games and win prizes at the event.
The Villanova Alumni Game Watch will take place Thursday night in Philly. The event is at Mad River in Manayunk where alumni can gather to watch the game.
Festivities are scheduled to begin at 9:57 p.m. (tip-off).
