Having a difficult time finding your dream sitter? Wednesday, June 10 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. “speed-date” potential sitters for your bundles of joy.
If you are looking for an occasional or part-time sitter, this event lets you meet 20 of them in one night! As a bonus, you get to have face-to-face mini interviews with sitters to determine who will be able to handle your rascals.
Following the event, parents will be given a “Sitter Directory.” This booklet will have profile and contact information for each sitter.
There is no definite pre-determined salary. The salary will be negotiated between parent and sitter. Also, parents will pay the sitter directly for their services.
Just be aware: No prior background or reference checks are done on these folks, so you'll want to do one yourself!

And although there was previously a fee for parents attending "speed-sitting," the program director recently made the event free for parents, too!
