People of all ages are sure to be excited by this announcement…

Elton John and Billy Joel’s Face 2 Face tour will be taking over the home of the World Series Champions this July, the duo announced Tuesday.

These legends will perform at Citizen’s Bank Park on Thursday, July 30 at 7 p.m. The last time the two were in Philly together was back in 2002 when they performed six concerts, the most ever in any venue worldwide.

Tickets for the concert go on sale this Saturday, February 14 at 10 a.m. through ComcastTix (look below for numbers and links).

The 43,500-seat ballpark is sure to offer many hardcore and first-time fans a great time under the stars.

Tour organizers say the two will open together and then each will perform sets before reuniting onstage for the grand finale.

No word on how much tix will go for, but they’re sure to be steep.
