In support of the Philadelphia Flyers playoff series against the Pittsburgh Penguins, Penguin Cleaners in Collingswood, N.J., is removing the word “penguin” from its name Thursday.

With the help of Flyers alumni Bob “The Hound” Kelly and members of the Delta Dental Ice Team, the owners will hang a Flyers banner over the business’ sign, covering up the word “penguin,” at noon on Thursday. The sign will remain penguin-less for the duration of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinal series.

The Flyers and Penguins will meet in game three of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals at the Wachovia Center on Sunday, April 19 at 3 p.m.

The team is asking the City of Philadelphia to create an Orange Crush by wearing orange and supporting the Philadelphia Flyers on Sunday.
