Artsy-Fartsy in Rittenhouse

Whether you actually know about art, you pretend to know about art or you just like to look at art, head to Rittenhouse this weekend for the Rittenhouse Square Fine Art Show.

Started by Philadelphia art students who displayed their work on clotheslines between trees in 1932, the show has evolved into one of the country's largest outdoor original art events.

The show exhibits all types of artwork including abstract, stylized and three-dimensional by some top quality artists.

So, go ahead and take a day -- or three -- and experience fine art like you never have before.

The Rittenhouse Square Fine Art Show runs from Friday, June 5 through Sunday, June 7 starting at 11 a.m.
