Meteorologist Bill Henley reports weather on NBC 10 News Today (M-F, 5-7AM), and co-hosts the one-hour daily lifestyle and entertainment program, “10!” (M-F, 10-11AM). During the re-launch of “10!” on May 23, 2006, it was announced that Lori Wilson is officially his co-host on the show. Henley joined the station in February of 1994. His expertise with the “EarthWatch” weather system led to his great success here at NBC 10.

Henley came to WCAU from WJXT in Jacksonville, Florida, where he worked since 1989 and hosted the very popular "Neighborhood Weather." Prior to that, Henley worked at KNTV in San Jose, California, as chief meteorologist from 1987 to 1988, and at KXTV Sacramento, California, as a meteorologist from 1984 to 1987.

A Chicago native, Henley graduated from California State University in Chico, California, with a degree in Public Communications. He minored in Meteorology. While attending college, he began his broadcast career at KHSL in Chico, and in1982, the station named him weekday weather anchor.

Henley and his wife reside in the Philadelphia suburbs.
