No criminal charges against NFL star Marvin Harrison in connection with a shooting last year in North Philly.

Five people were involved and questioned in the case and District Attorney Lynne Abraham says from those five people, police got nine different stories. What police and prosecutors DO know is that there was a fight that started at a bar of Harrison's and two weeks later developed into a shooting at a garage owned by Harrison.
Prosecutors admitted they may never know exactly what happened at 25th and Thompson streets last April, but Abraham also said she was not ready to give up.
Ballistics reports show the bullets fired came from an unusual Belgian handgun owned by Harrison, who is a wide receiver for the Colts. The D.A. said Harrison couldn't explain shell casings found at the scene that were fired from that gun.
Dwight Dixon was the one person injured by gunfire. He was hit in the hand. When treated at Lankenau Hospital, he told a nurse one story. When questioned by police, he gave them a different story.
Indianapolis Colts President Bill Polian said the team is “pleased with this development and defer to her [Abraham's] ability to weigh the actual evidence. It would not be appropriate for us to have further comment at this time."
A man who claimed his two-year old son was hurt by flying glass during the shooting, has filed a civil suit against Harrison.
Abraham says the various parties will be questioned "under oath.” After a review of those statements, she'll decide what to do next.
