Curry Chicken Salad

 Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup dried cranberries
2 small apples chopped
1 cup of chopped walnuts
½ cup of light mayonnaise
2 cups chopped celery
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp seasoning salt
 
Alternative ingredients:
Mango
Cilantro
Grapes
Almonds
Onion
 
Instructions:
  1. Cook chicken breasts in oven or stovetop.
  2. Cut chicken into cubes and let cool.
  3. Combine all ingredients in bowl.
  4. ENJOY!
